Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReviewAI website, mobile apps, and associated services (the "Service"), provided by ReviewAI Inc. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use ReviewAI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ReviewAI helps businesses collect Google reviews, draft AI replies, and monitor their reputation. We may change, add, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

• Plans. ReviewAI offers a Free plan and a Pro plan billed monthly ($5/month) or annually ($49/year).
• Free trial. Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the plan automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account or your app store subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Account deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete account in the iOS app, Android app, or web dashboard, or by emailing hello@review-ai.app. Deletion cancels any active subscription and removes your data within 30 days.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's billing terms. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes for those purchases are managed through the store. We absorb store fees so the price is the same whether you subscribe on web, iOS, or Android.

If you download the ReviewAI iOS app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. If the iOS app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public areas of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or business.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

ReviewAI is designed to help you collect honest, organic reviews. You agree not to use the Service to offer rewards in exchange for reviews, fabricate reviews, prevent legitimate negative reviews from reaching Google, or otherwise violate Google's review and content policies. You are solely responsible for the reviews you collect and how you use them.

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize ReviewAI to read and write data on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Google account settings or by disconnecting the integration in ReviewAI.

ReviewAI and its content (excluding your content and customer-submitted reviews) are owned by ReviewAI Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular review volume, rating, or business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewAI Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100.

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewAI Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
